    My 13 yr old grandson received a 14 day ban on his xbox live account


    I pulled up his enforcement history and it states that he has an excellent record.I would like to know WHY he received a 14 day ban from XBOX LIVE!!!!! Or a phone number to TALK to someone.I received a online operator.They didnt help at all.

    this enforcement team is a joke and the biggest load of bs ever. 14 day communication ban of an account for responding to messages regarding sexual conduct to a 13 year about his mother and the 13 year old response was mild compared to what the other said....
    Good job xbox way to show why PS is better!!!

    My 14 yrs old son want connect too Facebook ore Kinect live.(GT )

    It says this funksjon is blocked for hes agegroup..

    But his 14 yrs old.. Facebook has a age limit of 13. What has Kinect live?

    How do I chk the age settings on this xbox?

    If he received a ban it would be listed on
    enforcement.xbox.com    . If the account is a child account, you will have to log in with the parental account to view it and file a case review. This is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

    24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

    Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
    complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
    the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
