My 11 year old has just lost all his gaming history and is in tears - please help!!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my 11 year old son who is in tears as I type!

He wanted to add a new email account so he went to settings to add a new email.

He clicked on his old email and it said "remove account?" he clicked yes and his account was removed. He thought it was to remove just his email and not his actual account.

He then made a new account but all the playing history from all of his games, and his xbox live gold has all gone.

Is there any way he can get this back? He has lost years of stuff so is really upset as you can imagine.

Any simple help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

My sons communication suspension

Hi, the same thing has happened to my 11 year old son on his Xbox One. I am trying to find out how to ask for more information but am having problems. Please can someone help me?

 

Summer is here! How many HOURS do your kids play?

1. My 8 year old plays maybe at the most 6 hours a week. That's if we are not playing something together like Kinect games. My 11 year old might play 5 hours a day it seems. He has a touch of of something and gaming keeps him calm. Now to tell the truth
he may play allot but there are times where he might go 3 or 4 days with gaming at all.



2. I do restrict the 8 year old more then the 11 year old.



3. 8 year old will play COD games. Not online in a open room. Even though he can't talk to anyone but people on his friends list I just don't feel he needs to see some of the junk in an open lobby. The 11 year old plays what he wants most of the time. I
do not allow any GTA type stuff or games like that where you can just kill for fun. For the most he is into Halo and Minecraft.

 

He should just be able to sign in with his old details to get his old account back. Removing it doesn't actually delete it for good.
