My 10 year old son was banned!?

My son alerted me yesterday to our account being banned until 9/6/2014. I would like to know what we or he did wrong. I recently discovered to that someone in Singapore was signing in to our profile too. Did that have to do with our suspension?

My membership is paid up until February 27, 2017. My 10 year old son has been banned from console. Can you help?

I think my 10 year old son got banned

An email was sent to the address linked to the account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can tell you anything i'm afraid.

The problem is that i dont use this E adress anymore for years now, i handed over my acount to him, also years ago, so hmmm dunno wat to do now,

gonna try en solve it then, i now he has to be punished if he did somthing wrong, bud omg wat a hard way to get some anwsers in my case.

You can post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

to find out why the account was suspened or read the email that would of been sent to tha address linked to the suspended account.

If you feel that someone has accessed the account without your permission then you will have to phone support for your region & ask them to open an unautherized access case.

I never received an email unfortunately, just a proof of the notice when my son demonstrated an attempted sign in. I did speak with an xbox support rep who directed me step by step to removing my profile from all xbox devices , that would better secure
my account and require more access to my email and stuff before an individual could sign in.
