    I have exhausted every method possible contacting Microsoft support thru phone and chat and have been metaphorically forced to contact/post in these forums and expose my account to hacks and scams by having to post on a public forum as a requirement because,
    no one wants to do proper customer service/to help me. I have been trying to get this solved since June 2018 and I refuse to let you keep/not honor my rewards/prize I earned thru your rewards program. (I even sent a copy of my redemption to MS Customer Service/Support
    awhile ago as proof, which should have never been necessary as this multi billion dollar company keeps track of all that stuff (...and more as Big Brother watches!!!) and I expect to be compensated properly besides my earned reward not received due to your
    or your computer mishap or incompetence and my long wait to have this solved.

    Here below is my last contact (from several on this issue) from a Member of Management:

    "Hello,

    This is Amy and I am Jule's manager.

    I understand that you have a concern with regards to your rewards. Now, I have coordinated this matter with our Offline Team and I am very sorry to tell you that we do not really have complete access as far as your rewards transactions and histories are
    concern.

    The best recommendation I could provide you is to get in touch with our Rewards Team by accessing our forums and posting your questions there. I assure you that they will be able to get this sorted for you.

    I am very sorry again for the run around.

    hi I recently redeemed a $10 VISA card using 500 gems on Xbox live rewards. However I did not receive an email to claim this reward.

    My gems are gone and I have the proof of transaction on “my VIP perks and gems statement”

  5. Yes, thank you. That is why I posted in both. I have noticed after enough of my own research that you (...and some other "Ambassadors") reply on many peoples' post telling them to go to another forum to express their problem while you actually do not help
    them, but irate many by telling/"asking" them to post elsewhere. Thank you though and good try! My  VISA Digital Gift Card redeemed for 500 VIP Gems prior to program's expiration hasn't ... :)
