    did not receive my 10% rebate back from Xbox live rewards it says i did in my payment history but i didn't its not in my wallet. it says it got refunded why did this happen?

    Never Got my rebates

    why is it that i have a 4% rebate on purchases and never receive back any money on any new games i buy. For example ive bought injustice 2. which is almost a. 90 $ game in Canada and never received a credit back, also for games such as Tekken 7, The Culling
    , Cuphead , Enter the gungeon and many other recent purchases. ive been buying games digital alot these days and receive no reward, which makes me wanna just stop buying xbox games and just play PS4 , cause atleast there straight forward and i know theres
    no catch. Please assist me or explain to my why none of my purchases show in my reward program, I've had to many instances when this program has taken advantage of me and i shall not tolerate it any further. Keep in mind alot of these have been on xbox for
    atleast a month and the rebate program updates dont take that long...

    Why buying from Microsoft store sucks

    I bought 3 game discs in the last month from MS Xbox store because they have a $10 rebate each. Yes, I could have bought it online, but $30 is $30. First problem, it takes 5-6 days to get to my house. I don't expect Amazon-level mailing, but come on, 6 days??

    Second problem, they don't give you the rebate until 2 week after you buy it, even though they promise 10 days. I got a trouble ticket opened up a week ago as a token effort. I get my DLC codes instantly, why not the rebate code?

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Unfortunately, once Credits are converted from Rewards Credits into currency in your Microsoft Account, we no longer have any visibility or ability to manipulate them in any way. If you are having
    an issue with a deposit, you should contact Xbox billing support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support). We can confirm that we did perform a deposit of 11,530 Credits ($11.53 USD) on December 13th.

    i buy like 250 $ for 2$ (2000 point ) its not normal it willl be like 25$ not 2$ i have 10% refund i want it my refund of 10%

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum for assistance. Keep in mind that if any of those games were preorders or counted towards another offer on the site, they would not count towards your rebate.

    Well apparently now my xbox live rewards isnt showing my tenure either so now im down to a 3% rebate instead of the 5 star 10% rebate. What is going on?! This is more frustrating that not.

    @daveyboy You are mistaken. US digital download is 59.99 and we dont get the 10$ rebate. The $10 rebate is if you preorder the physical disk copy through the Microsoft Store which the game costs $59.99 +tax and shipping and handling I believe.
