My £10 gift voucher won't work?!

I have bought 2 £10 gift vouchers for myself from game but it won't let me buy stuff. It just keeps on saying about "family payment". I checked on my account and it says I have the money but when I try and buy something it won't let me? What do I do and
how do I fix it?!

Hello there, I contacted someone from the support team the other week about a £10 gift voucher I should have received within 7-10 days for my pre order for watch dogs 2 gold edition but it's been that amount of time and I still haven't received it yet

To contact an Xbox Support agent:

1. Visit https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

2. Scroll to the bottom and check the lower left-hand corner to ensure the right region is selected. If not, click it to select your region.

3. Select the Contact Us button and select the dropdown menu options most applicable to you.

4. The next page will show support articles most relevant to your question. I recommend you review them before selecting See contact options.
