    (MX vs. ATV: Unleashed (2005)) Compatible XBOX Game Not Working on XBOX 360


    My copy of "MX vs. ATV: Unleashed" won't work on my XBOX 360. It's listed as a compatible gameon the XBOX website, I have an official Microsoft hard drive, and I've updated my XBOX to the latest software. The message when attempting to load up the game reads:

    "This original XBOX game is not supported on your XBOX 360 console. An update to support this game may be available."

    The disk is fairly clean, only minor scratches here and there. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

    Any help at the earliest convenience is appreciated. I really hope to play this fun game, again.

    Current MX titles listed is: MX Unleashed and MX vs. ATV Reflex.

    If you're referring to if the Microsoft logo is present when selecting the hard drive, then, yes, it's present.

    What I've seen in past posts similar to this one …….

    Original Xbox games on the 360 require an official MS hard drive - external storage won't work.

    If your hard drive is not an official MS hdd, it will be missing the emulator files to allow original games on the BC list to run on your 360.
