MWR DLC is crap

Discus and support MWR DLC is crap in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I bought the new DLC map pack for cod 4 remastered and I've been playing for 3 days and have yet even get a new map....     MWR DLC is crap


    So I bought the new DLC map pack for cod 4 remastered and I've been playing for 3 days and have yet even get a new map.... Why the heck did I just spend 15 dollars on something that isn't going to let me play a new map?



    I have emailed infinity ward and have yet to get a response and its honestly dumb that they released a map pack and don't have it in rotation more often. thats the whole reason I bought it was because the old maps were getting old.. Is anyone else having
    this problem? If not hw do I fix it. I have uninstalled and re installed the DLC and still nothing I have an xbox 1.

    Why can't I purchase a simple game?

    Can you try logging in through an MWR wifi connection? Often they have a VPN to allow access to home websites (depending on the location)

    Hello Artemegorov .

    First of all try to turn off and on the Xbox then relaunch the game.

    If it dont work try to erase all the personnal data and cache go manage games and addons then remove your personnal data and then the game and redownload it.

    It would probably work i had same issue last week end .

    What may be occurring is corruption on the previous installation of the game. Our suggestion here, please attempt to follow our
    “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay” support article for various steps to try in order to resolve
    this case.

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately you will need to go back to the retailer where you purchased the disc so they can replace the code for you since the code was likely included in the box. Retailers are responsible for replacing a used
    or missing code from a game you bought through them.

    You'll need to contact them first, but if they refuse to help you then you will need to contact
    Xbox customer support because there is nothing we can do about a used code on the forums unfortunately.
