MWII campaign not working/not showing up

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with MWII where it keeps on crashing. Are you having these issues just with this game?

The best way to avoid game crashes or freezing is to make sure the software on your Xbox One is up to date. Follow the steps below to check for updates.

Select the Home button in the center of your controller.

Select Settings.

Select System.

Available updates will be listed under Console info.

If your Xbox One is up to date and you are using disc to play the game:

1. Check your game disc for abrasions, scratches, or dust. If the disc is dirty, clean it with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water. Wipe the non-label side from the center straight out to the edges. Be sure your disc is completely dry before inserting it back into your Xbox One.

2. Ensure your Xbox One console is in a cool, well-ventilated place.

3. Clear the cache on your Xbox One.

4. Try the game on another Xbox One. If the same problem occurs on another Xbox One, the problem is most likely with the game disc itself. If this is the case, you can request a replacement game disc.

I can't find look inversion on the new MWII

he's talking about modern warfare (2019), not mwII

The way it is supposed to work is that, to install Warzone, it needs to install a version of MWII (given WZ is a game mode of MWII):

"For Non-Modern Warfare owners: A version of Modern Warfare that provides access to only the Warzone portion can be downloaded separately from Modern Warfare as a free-to-play experience on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Games Store, or the Battle.net App (PC)."

It does stipulate in the Xbox store that Warzone includes MWII:

I checked my order history and it shows up there but I’m still unable to play the campaign.
