MW3 Xbox One problem retrieving profile

Hey all. Come across an incredibly annoying problem with trying to play multiplayer on MW3 on an Xbox One now it’s backwards compatible. it asks you to sign in, then to download a profile, then asks you to sign in with the Microsoft account. Then gives you
2 error screens both having error code 80070428, one says there’s a problem please try again later, the other then says there’s a problem with my credentials. There isn’t, the email and password are correct.

Going through all the solutions to the error code on Microsoft’s website, network checking etc, nothing has solved it. Driving me insane now.

Anyone come across this and solved it?

ERROR-The current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.

OK thanks, do you know what the problem could be for me then? I've tried deleting the profile and retrieving it

 

Initial log in troubles

In order for me to use xbox live I have to log into modern warfare, go to xbox live, log in. It then states connecting to xbox live, retrieving online profile. Once that is completed I have to log out and log back in and then I can play. Is anyone else
having this problem? If so, how do I correct this problem?

 

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
