MW3 strange happenings

Been playing MW3 since launch. I am prestige 10, and WAS ranked number 18661 in the world in Free For All. Last night I joined a game on "Underground". As soon as I spawned, there were grenades and flashbangs literally raining from the sky. I got killed
and left the lobby. Then I look at my stats, and I have gone from 18661 to 11,000,000! Also, the leaderboards for most game modes went blank. WTF is going on? The top guy in the lobby had a score of 32,650 and everyone elses score was 0. Tried emailing Activision,
but was told they no longer support MW3. Was this a "derank" lobby? I thought MS and Xbox were actively banning cheaters and hackers, but evidently not. I bought every COD title to date, but not Ghosts as I hear it is hacked. If Activision, MS, and Xbox will
not offer support, I will never buy another COD title ever again. Really disheartening to spend literally YEARS ranking up just to have some idiot do this. Oh, and don't get me started on how I paid FULL PRICE for COD WaW to find multiplayer is useless, and
they are still selling the DLC maps at full price for a game that does not work as advertised. Move over boys, Battlefield from now on.

Strange things happening.

I did confirm that works. My second profile is now level 7, and they have a rival score listed on Burning Sands after I did a local multiplayer match.

OK, this must have been an April Fools joke or something. The guy whos lobby *** my stats up is located in India. No allowed to post gamertags, so I can't warn anyone to avoid this person. After last nights frustration of being deranked, leaderboards not
working, rebooting, etc, I put MW3 in just now, and amazingly, my stats are back to normal, and the leaderboards are working. I did not think this was possible, but it seems the hack/mod or whatever it was deleted itself overnight. Real funny "joke", but just
glad my stats are back where they should be. Consider this thread closed.

Update to this issue for anyone Reading!

A Hard Reset will fix the Error x021 or what ever it was! That seems to be occurring for preview members with the latest update.

Seems that cache data may be conflicting so an empty cache is whats needed.

I will post this in preview update forum.

Playing Local Multiplayer is probably the only explanation. I have a second profile and it won't let me play any courses that haven't been unlocked by that profile.

I was playing the Rocky Ridge par 3 hole challenge against Kiara. On one hole she took 11 shots before giving up. She was shooting in the wrong direction. It was the like the computer lost its bearing. Obviously, this is a glitch. I also had it
where I had take a shot from the water although I could not see my golfer and could not reach the hole. I think that was in the Burning Sands course.
