Yes, poor account reputation has made multiplayer MW3 matchmaking virtually impossible; though I can still get multiplayer on other games?

How can I resolve this problem?

I don't think the rep system is useful at all. My rep is "damaged" because of bad reports from kids who constantly messed me to come play something when I was busy, so I end up with a bad rep over it.

Gaming rep helps people know whether it is a good idea to play with you. People with bad rep are known to quit or spam during online matches or send you abusive messages when you beat them. People with good rep are known to be very sporting. You are able
to set people as avoid player so that you don't have to face them again. People may have already submitted player reviews about you so you should check your gamer profile to see how other xbox live players view you.
