MW3 Installation incomplete

Tell me the error code or message when you try to install the game if you receive one
What console are you using?
If this happening only with this game?
Did you tried some procedures steps in your console to fix this?

You explanation sound reasonable, thanks! After an incomplete installation, I removed everything (Steam App, Package Data, Roaming-Profile). A new installation is not possible, the problem is exactly the same as in the original question. I remember having
played around with the network-data setting after the first incomplete installation.

Does anybody know where the link to the Microsoft account is stored? Even after the complete uninstall, I am never asked again for my Microsoft account.

I even spent a day installing all the cod games made, and when I installed mw3 it installed as bo6 it never pulled the graphic up for mw3. I was just unaware of what bo6 graphic on the home screen looked like and assumed it was mw3, and when I search my games in my account mw3 is missing as if I never installed it but the disk I have says mw3 on it. I'm trying to see if it was a mistake from the company or what because I opened mw3 brand new out of the package myself so I know it's not a switcheroo

First delete the incomplete installation of the game. Then set the console to "Offline" and launch the installation again. When finished, set the console
to "Online".

Because it's an Xbox game, the incomplete install requires special admin right to delete. Your recommendation to delete the game, all if necessary, my be my only option. Thank you.
