    MW2 online multiplayer revival (of sorts)?


    I came across the following article while sniffing around for news on this year's hotly anticipated COD title:

    Rumor: New CoD to see Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty 4 as a digital bonus

    Do any savvy users here know whether this might mean significantly more multiplayer matchups on xbox live for
    xbox 360 players on MW2??

    A lot of xbox one players are asking for backwards compatibility with MW2 (Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice).
    Should MW2 ever become backwards compatible, would xbox one players be matched with 360 players playing this game online?

    MW3 gameplay

    There is absolutely nothing wrong with the MW2 graphic engine, it is brilliant and frame rate is superb.

    If it is a pretty much untouched MW2 graphic engine and If they sort out the Multiplay issues then MW3 will be a fine game indeed.

    MW2 doesn't have splitscreening for online multiplayer.

    mw2 was my first cod online multiplayer game

    had the most fun playing that version + the most FUN

    it had BS but the BS was there for everyone

    You don't need to have any friends to play online on Call of Duty or any active Xbox LIVE online games for that matter. If you are unable to connect to multiplayer matches the issue is a networking one. Does your NAT status say 'Open' on the main multiplayer
    screen on MW2?

    This is certainly odd. To be sure, are you able to get into a game at all, or are you ultimately unable to connect? Lastly, has there been any change to your in-game score for MW2 multiplayer online?
