MW2 not loading after installing

I would like to clarify, will you be playing the game online multiplayer or just a single-player campaign? If you will be playing the game online, please check if you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

If single-player campaign, please follow the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Go Offline > Launch the game.

When you say "restarted" do you mean power cycle the console?

If not, please try that:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If you already tried that, may I know if you tried clearing your MAC address?

Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

If you already tried that, and besides reinstalling the game. Tell me what else did you tried. In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

MW2 Remastered on my XB1 crashed when loading Team Player cutscene. The first time it crashed when loading then the second-time game just quit on me after the cutscene is done.

Hopefully, this game isn't like COD Ghost on XB1 when the game constantly crashed and the developer/Activation team do nothing to fix any at all even today since 2013 release. If MW2 persists with same crash issues after a year - I will be so f king pissed
off.

I saw the game and 700 megabytes of MW2 downloaded after I clicked installable and I got 22 m4a1 skins in warzone from it and ghost styles but Funds weren't taken out

I understand you need assistance with COD MW2. Just a friendly reminder though, we have been receiving lots of reports with the same issue so it's possible that there is an emerging issue with the game, however, there is no official announcement from Microsoft yet so in the meantime, we need to do troubleshooting steps.

Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
