    Mw2 is saying I need to purchase again but according to Microsoft I already own the title...


    I have the same issue many had on release still. It tells me I need to purchase to play certain game modes one day and the next it's fine until mid game and boots me. I downloaded it for release played some and sometime a few months after release it deleted itself as I had gotten busy I didn't realize it had happened until about 5 months ago when I re-download it and out of frustration deleted it again for several months. I started playing warzone again with these issues persisting still to this day. I even get kicked out of dmz mid game saying k need to purchase with an error from Activision.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 5

    MW2 says I need to buy again

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    This may mean that you're not signed in under the account where the game was purchased in your living room.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed"? Once confirmed, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account.

    Also, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

    My preordered content is not appearing in my full library

    I have pre-ordered MW2 and it won’t show up in my library. And if I go to the microsoft store and try and find it all it says is that i need to purchase the game again. Why is it doing this?
