MW2 Frozen, Hacked...

While playing MW2 I was placed into a hacked lobby where one of the players (I know his tag) kept drawing my team to one spot outside the regular map and as we materialized we were shot almost instantly. This repeated. I was fortunate/unfortunate to have
killed said culprit, but immediately I saw a menu appear on my screen and the next thing I knew the game was over. I then could not connect to any other MW2 game - the screen would freeze permanently upon trying to join the game. Same issue when trying to
get rid of the green NEW beside change class. I do not mod or tamper. I just play the game straight up. I have had my classes reset twice but it did not bother me as I could still play the game. Now I cannot play. I am pleading for some help in fixing
this issue. I simply do not enjoy playing the newer COD versions. Is it possible to restore play-ability without creating a whole new player profile or some other drastic measure? Any help would be appreciated. Thank-you.

black ops 2 is hack already and mw3 i cant get into a 1v1 lobby with out being into a 9v9

there is a video on IHc James doing the black ops 2 mods he is the biggest Hacker on xbox that hack mw2,black ops,mw3 and Black ops 2

 

Has happened to me several times.

Only thing xbox will do is transfer your remaining gold to a new account.

My attorney suggests a class action suit against Xbox and Activision.

That might be the only way to get something done about it.

 

For future people who search this problem, I did stumble across these steps from How to Fix Modern Warfare 2 Freeze on Startup for Xbox 360. I'm not sure how useful they are, but at least it's a start.

1. Before you play Modern Warfare, make sure you are SIGNED OUT of any xbox account.
2. Load modern warfare 2.
3. The game will ask you if you want to sign in. Sign in, then you will get a notification saying you need an update to play this game on xbox live. Update the game and you're good to go !

 

First of all:

Whenever you notice you are playing in a hacked lobby, DO NOT continue playing in that lobby. IMMEDIATELY quit hard out of the game.

On the Xbox 360 press the Xbox guide button, and then press Y to get to the dashboard.

On the Xbox One, press the Xbox Guide button, go to the Home Screen, and on the main game tile press the menu button (the right button with the three lines next to the Xbox button), and choose "Quit".

The longer you play on a hacked game, the higher the chances that the hacker messes up your account, and the higher the chance that Xbox Live Policy Enforcement members assume that you are willfully playing on a hacked lobby to cheat, and will ban your Xbox
Live account from playing online.

Then report the cheating gamertag that runs the hacked lobby.

As for the game constantly crashing:

If the guide from Ambassador Ackis is supposed to work, you will first have to clear the system cache first by going to the Xbox 360 settings, and under the storage settings, highlight any storage device, and press the Y button.

There choose to clear the system cache.

Then follow the instructions from Ambassador Ackis.
