Mw2 charged twice for the pre order

We need to validate first what is the status of the first transaction. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. It can be "completed, canceled, or declined".

I see. If you were charged twice by your bank, please do contact them to dispute the other charge and inform them that you are only seeing one completed transaction on your account's order history.
