MW2 2022 (Vault Edition)

I Pre-Purchased this product about 2-3 months ago and I made the purchase of 106.99 but as of Oct-26th its saying that my purchase was declined but i still have the statement from my bank saying that i made the purchase and It never gave me my money back that would imply that the purchase didn't go through, and this is extremely frustrating since its set to fully release on Friday and I was really excited to begin playing. And i would at least expect that my money would be RETURNED to me if my purchase didn't go through but as I stated before according to my bank statements it did and i was never returned my money to suggest that it didn't go through, please assist me with this issue. (I do wish to KEEP the game as the edition that I purchased before)

I apologize for the trouble, but just a friendly reminder that for pre-ordered games, according to Xbox support:

"All pre-orders typically charge customers 10 days before the game release date. This means that you'll need to have a valid payment option on your account at least 10 days before a game release to avoid any billing issues. After a charge on your account has failed for a pre-order, there will be another attempt at a charge a few days later. If that second attempt fails to successfully charge, your pre-order will be cancelled, and you'll need to repurchase the desired game again after you have added a valid payment option to your account."

If I may ask when was the charge taken place on your bank statement? It can be for a different game as well.

I think you misread it

Vault mw3 Comes with mw2-3 mappavks. Not.mw2 campaign

Anything like that would .be ultimate editions not vault

If you look at your account.Microsoft.com it would probably be the charge for the cross gen mw2

HOWEVEr if you are trying to refund the mw 2 cross gen then no as mentioned you played it

Mw2 vault edition. Is a upgrade to the base game not a replacement

You wouldve had to buy the cross gen to play vault edition

I don't think you realize what you bought

When you buy the vault edition you MUST have the base game to play it

The vault edition code only gives you the additional dlc NOT THE game

I am also trying to upgrade my MW2 to the vault edition. In the MW2 store it says $30 but when I go to check out it is $100 + tax.

Just a friendly reminder though that for in-game contents they’re usually not sharable which means it will only be accessible under the account where the game pack or game bundle was purchased.

As per Xbox support: “ Account-specific items can't always be shared. Some examples are:

Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ Packs purchased with in-game currencies

In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins

Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once”
