mw2 2022 gameshare issue

I just tried power cycling my Xbox and removed his account from my Xbox and added it back I also unplugged my router for 5 minutes but it still doesn’t show up

Once the time passes, please try power cycling the console one more time and re-add your friend's profile.

We double checked my friends preorder was not canceled or anything like that they are able to play the game right now but it doesn’t appear in my owned games or full library

Exists the possibility that as the game was launched recently. It is not available yet to be played using the game share feature.

Please try this in your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your friend's profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again
