    Hi there my mvp gems didnt convert to microsoft points,i been told that they will convert to microsoft points by 30 june,but today is 6 july and i still dont have them.My gamertag is

    Since gems just started on October 1, it wouldn't have been enough time to earn the gems for that offer. The program does not award for anything done before the offer began.

    Hi popcan nine2. Smwutches is correct. The program also recognizes your Gold status and you are Gold in the program.

    so almost a week and no answer?what i should do,so i can get my mvp gems?im really disappointed of u,as i spoke with microsoft and xbox support and seems none of them know how to help,so they give this forum,but looks like dead end!
