MUWG reset ???

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings (Windows 10 Settings).

2. Go to Gaming.

3. On the left bar, select Xbox Networking.

4. Let the test run.

If you see a Teredo related error, press Fix. Let it complete the fix and make sure that you don't restart your PC! After that, run the test again. The NAT Type should be something else, like Open, Moderate or Restrict.

Afterwards, try to open your game again.

Unfortunately it didn't work.. now I do play this game on my laptop .. maybe that's the problem...

I tried signing out and back in.. but no luck

It's unfortunate that I had answer all the adventure and extra maps on all three games...

That's 'wordament','word twister' and crossword..now they've reset to (in order)

115, 115, 119..

All those months of play are lost... and I even payed to have these saved...

Then restart your device and check for the progress again

Depending on what happened, a cache reset can fix most of the issues. Follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Check if the issue has been resolved.

Like other users I can't play MUWG ...

Others games are working (Sukoku, Solitaire, Jigsaw ...)

What happened to MUWG log-in ??
