    MUWG Microsoft Ultimate Word Games


    I was a levels 194 on Wordament and Jumble and 94 on Crosswords. After turning off my laptop to sleep & then later restarting, my levels all dropped back down to Level 1! After rebooting, several times, I just get the WUWG 4 squares rotating and "loading"
    flashing nonstop! Has anyone else had this happen?

    Thank you Blindside0613. I love MUWG and would really miss Wordament, Jumble, and Crosswords as well as the Daily Challenges. HOWEVER, I May also have to uninstall MUWG. Maybe I can find a similar program elsewhere. THANKS AGAIN!

    I was playing the game on January 6th and it suddenly closed. I've been getting the spinning boxes ever since. This is not the first time this game has let me down. I bought a year of premium and had a major glitch last year. I started paying by the month.
    Good thing. I'm uninstalling it today. No more MS games.

    I am having this same issue. Ever since the latest update to MUWG, it won't load - just hangs on the loading screen with the rotating tiles. I've tried every 'solution' I could find through Google and forums, but nothing has worked. Nothing changed on my
    computer, and other Microsoft programs work fine, it is solely Ultimate Word Games. Please, support, someone chime in!
