    MUWG issues


    My Microsoft Ultimate Word games will not synch to the cloud and I cannot play the game. I have tried an uninstall and a reset to no avail.

    Are you getting any kind of error code or message when this happens? Also, please make sure the app and the PC have no pending updates

    No error codes, and no updates pending. All that happens is a message saying unable to connect to the cloud. Time after time after time. No problem now I have uninstalled the app, and the solitaire app too.

    Like other users I can't play MUWG ...

    Others games are working (Sukoku, Solitaire, Jigsaw ...)

    What happened to MUWG log-in ??

    Thank you Blindside0613. I love MUWG and would really miss Wordament, Jumble, and Crosswords as well as the Daily Challenges. HOWEVER, I May also have to uninstall MUWG. Maybe I can find a similar program elsewhere. THANKS AGAIN!
