    MUWG crossword daily challenge not loading


    Support needed for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

    This month none of the crossword daily challenges are loading. Probably a server hick-up? The problem appeared in the discussions 8 months ago as well, but support didn't respond, so we still don't know what happens when we see this.

    The game says "Unable to load the data. If this problem persists, please contact our support team."

    About 53 web pages further, this is what I'm trying to do: contact the support team to have it fixed.

    Thanks for fixing it AND letting us know something about this issue. Also, the in-app menu option for support links to xbox live support, but the game is not listed in your menus... I've seen other people mention it too, so I'm in the right place. Please
    complete your interface, and make it easier to get to a bug report screen like this one...

    MUWG Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

    Thank you Blindside0613. I love MUWG and would really miss Wordament, Jumble, and Crosswords as well as the Daily Challenges. HOWEVER, I May also have to uninstall MUWG. Maybe I can find a similar program elsewhere. THANKS AGAIN!
