    Mute stuck on xbox windows


    I have been dealing with this for a while and I have yet to fix this problem with my mute button being stuck and on mute. My mic works fine on discord or when I use it on my controller, but when I wanna play on my pc it doesn't work. I tried other mics too and they same problem occurs. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

    (as you can see from the picture it´s muted and it´s always has been like that)

    Figured you had but just thought it worth double-checking.

    I'm also assuming you have the software that comes with the mics installed as well?

    Sorry, going to ask what seems another basic, obvious question:

    Have you checked in Settings to make sure mic permissions are turned on for Game Bar (I assume that is GB from the screenshot though it looks different to mine)? Settings >Privacy > App permissions > Microphone.
