    my microphone now twice (being two seperate headset XboxOfficial) have be stuck on mute it happens when ive had enough of listening tostraingers in my living room so i plug in a headset and mute is on untill batteries die or d/c from idle time afk. please
    patch or il have 50 broken headsets lying around

    Audio Problems

    When i have my headset connected to my controller the audio plays through the TV and headset(i mute sound through headset). The problem is when i remove the Headset, all audio is deafened to the point where its basically muted. Turning up the TV audio does
    nothing. How might i fix this problem.

    Hi Paul!

    With the information provided in the posts and replies, I understand that the problem occurring is that there isn't any sound coming from your TV from the Xbox correct?

    If so, I would suggest to check this article on how to Troubleshoot sound on your Xbox One console.

    They'd lose sales if they fixed it. (sounds like you will just keep buying head sets from them)

    I have never run into that problem but their is two ways to mute in party and on headset but they both mute and if its not reading a headset and it works in another controller then it's the controller if not it's the headset
