Mute Bug Fixes on Xbox One S aren't working

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what could be causing this issue muting your console.

When you mean that it's been muted, you mean like no sound comes up in the dashboard at all?

If you are, I'd definitely try a factory reset as outlined in our How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. If you
have tried the one denoted Reset and keep my games & apps, then I would next try the other one that removes everything. Make sure that before you do that to make sure that your network is alright and that you know all the sign in information
for your gamertag (as they will need to be redownloaded during this step). If that does not solve your console sound being completely muted and you've tried other tv's and hdmi cables, the console might be in need of service.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Kicking a can here but... Check Settings>Display and audio>Audio settings to see thats it's not turned off!

Should be >Display and sounds>Audio output

I forgot to add that...everything is on and unmuted and set to headset and speakers.

You want the good or bad news....

I naive i will start whif bad...

All versions has their bugs (PS4 has more or the same bug´s of Xbox One)

The good Bungie is strating to fix that´s problems in same time for all plataforms!

To make you a idea they fix Zebra bug in One but not in PS4...

They still not fix in both the glass zone problems

They not fix the "later archivements" in Xbox´s(but in Xbox One is more simple to fix!, only close your game by using the system and log again the archivements will pop up!!!).

They not fix the IA dumb in PS4 because the network process is terrible (and has no preview to fix because they have new problems whif driveclub and in the beta of evolve...).

They will resolve bungie is a good developer team the question is When they will fix!?
