Mutant Year Zero DLC install issue

Also be sure to check that you are using the same account as the account that was used to purchase the content.

I have the same problem. It says it was purchased / product installed in Shop but does not show as downloaded in the game manager. When you load the game - the game advertises that the DLC is available for purchase. Cycling the xbox off and on does not change
anything.

I deleted the game and re-installed and that also does not work. There seems to be an endless glitch were the Xbox store says its installed while the product is not showing as installed so it cannot be re-installed or un-installed or used.

I’m having either the same issue or a very similar one. I downloaded the DLC and was able to play the first mission successfully. While the map came up for the next mission I was booted back to the main menu and a message appeared on the side of the main
menu screen prompting me to buy the DLC. When I clicked on it, it said the DLC was already installed. I played the last mission of the original game again, but rather than start the DLC after going through Eden, the game simply ended, the credits rolled and
I was back at the main menu again.

I looked through my system storage and found that the Seed of Evil DLC had somehow ended up in “Leftover add-ons”. This is where add-ons are sent that lack the core game, but I definitely have the core Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden game. It’s like either
the DLC content or the core game aren’t recognizing each other.

I have repeatedly tried combination of uninstalling the core game and the DLC and then reinstalling them, but I have been unable to get the DLC to work. Every time I download it now it just ends up in the leftover add-ons section of my Xbox’s system storage.
I have also tried turning off the Xbox, resetting it normally and hard resetting it. Nothing works.

I paid money for the DLC, the transaction is on my credit card and I would really like to play this game more. Please help.

I was able to uninstall the DLC by locating it in storage. At least for me, it’s ending up in the section for “leftover add-ons”. Never heard of it before I had this issue. From this location you can uninstall the DLC, but it doesn’t matter. Every time
I reinstall it just goes right back to leftover add-ons.
