    I purchased the deluxe Version of madden 17 and have patiently waited the 10 day period for them to arrive and they still haven't so I was told to post on this forum to receive help in this issue.

    Go to ea support. Although they are very nice you will have about a 50 50 chance of getting your issue resolved. It also took me about 10 days of going back and forth.

    I had 1040 microsoft points and bought a legendary pack and an offseason pack but they did not give me the legendary pack but still charged me the points. I was just wondering how I could get that legendary pack or my points back.

    EA's website    , you should be getting 30 Event Tickets, and 1 All-pro pack each week, as long as you log into MUT every week. If you have any issues with that, you need to
    reach out to EA, as we have no control over the in-game content given out. Thanks for understanding!

    You will get a pro pack once per week. they will appear in your "My Pack" folder in the hub for MUT ...Not sure which day they will drop but you will receive 1 per week for 24 weeks....

    Yeeeaaahh, only thing that sucks is, you get an elite MUT pack as a reward for playing the trial, and that's all i play. wish i could have been able to snag that
