Must Watch Rewards points not showing up

Thank you for your previous response.

I have completed the requirements of "Must watch" on Dec 22th but hasn't changed nor awarded the points for that challenge in my account.

Could this be for the holidays that hasn't updated the account?

Rewards points not showing up

Hello Bionic Motion,

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see that you spent that deposit the very same day on a purchase of Elite: Dangerous consumables.

i askt voor a rewards points deposit last month it says its on my xbox but its not i supose to get 2865 points on to my xbox the deposit was convirmt on the 21 of februarie but i stil got noting thnx voor your time

It takes quite awhile for the points to be acknowledged and show up as pending. It then takes even longer for the points to be deposited into your balance. You must first accrue at least 100MSP from the Rewards program before they will be deposited, and
then you must wait until the 15th day of the next month - apparently.

That would be great. The Xbox Live Rewards forum is blowing up with people wondering why their point aren't showing up for basic purchases, but for promotions such as the Binge Watch and Play and Grand Theft Auto shark card promotion.

Hi n3r0b0mb. It takes about 96 hours to process purchases. Since they were made on the 12th and 13th, they needed time to process. The 5,000 Credits are pending in your account now.
