    I have have issues with console itself, power supply, and the mono headset twice. Support has been really helpful in some instances and not helpful at all in others. I want CHANGE. If these reliability issues aren't solved, as I myself have had to
    send In a power supply and the console itself in the past 6 months, Microsoft will continue to lose customers in the gaming industry. And I can assure that. I encourage anyone and everyone to express their issues here on this thread until Microsoft actually
    does something to increase the durability of their products. I have been sososososososososo close to selling my xbox and getting a PS4 on so many occasions and I really want to have a good time on xbox one because of the greatness of the 360 but problem after
    problem arise that keep lowering my expectations. I know I'm not even getting the worst of these issues with the console. The gaming industry has overwhelmingly showed disapproval of the xbox one. I really want that to not be the case but until something changes,
    It will be; and until a real executive at microsoft reaches out to me to tell me how they are implementing these changes I will not be satisfied.

    You really need to stop posting multiple times. I own both consoles, both services, and ( knock on wood ) have not had any problems. But people on the PS4 have their shares of problems too. Bad units, faulty tech, it happens. Plus NO ONE from Microsoft will
    reach out to you. Why should they? Who are you ? Either play your games or move on to something else, that is the bottom line.

  5. The only time Microsoft will 'Change' anything is when condictions/trends begins effecting their bottom line.

    Curious. Could you go into detail about what happened to your console, power supply etc?

    Just to clear some things up here.

    1: Posting how your so unhappy about a product on here in the hopes Microsoft reads it, is a waste of time. Microsoft doesn't read these forums.

    2: Microsoft made millions and millions of consoles, even the best tech company in the world has some manufacturing problems. Most people on here have very few problems, but that doesn't mean there aren't any, it just means that you were unlucky.

    3: The gaming industry has not overwhelmingly showed disapproval of the Xbox One, game are still being made for the console. I think what you meant to say was that their loyal fans have shown disapproval, which is true. but that was down to really bad
    prelaunch events, not because the console is bad.

    4: If your so unhappy with the Xbox One, get a PS4, as someone else said companies only change if their "bottom line" is effected, until that time they do jack all. However don't be surprised if you have similar problems, like I said at the top of this
    post, all tech companies have similar fabrication problems.

    Had no problems with my console since launch day, so my experience is the complete opposite of yours OP. As Shaggy said there isn't a widespread problem with the console or the Internet would be screaming about it. A few disgruntled owners of defective
    consoles post on here and that's about it.

    1 person has an issue and it turns into a plague. Return the console if you are not happy. MS will stand behind it 100% while the console is under warranty. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. My buddy got a PS4 on Black Friday, guess what
    it wouldn't download COD 3 digitally. Back to Sony it went...... but that's ok... right??

    Also, the Xbox One is the best built Microsoft console to date because I still have the Xbox 360 with the 20 GB HDD.

    I have gone through the following problems with my Microsoft consoles...

    (1) Two defective DVD Drives and a faulty Power issue --> Original Xbox

    (2) Two defective DVD Drives and Four RRODs --> Xbox 360

    (3) Xbox One --> No problems at all [MUST READ] Things need to change!!!!!! :)
