Must be signed in to play Forza Horizon 4 on PC

I recently purchased Forza Horizon 4 on windows store. When I try to launch it, it says that I must be signed in in order to play it. When I bring up my Microsoft account, there are no issues. I opened my Xbox Game Bar, and it will not allow me to sign
in to social. When I press sign it, nothing happens. $60 down.

Hey buckbalboa,

Are you signed in to a real xbox live profile? For games like Forza horizon 4 you must be signed into an xbox account so the game can save data to a profile.

Does your PC meet the minimum specifications to play Forza Horizon 4?

I started XBox and signed in as myself and the Forza Horizon 4 game immediately installed. He doesn't have a separate account for XBox. When he plays on PC he logs in as himself and plays his own games.
