    This is something I can agree with - if you already have the music available on a portable device, like a USB, you should be able to listen to it through your Xbox One via an external media app (that could also be used for video or images too).

    Yes this is what I miss too. I would like the ability to rip my CD's to the X1 hdd but unfortunately it doesn't look like it'll happen.

    I have, and I've used it, even on the Xbox One via the IE app. The problem with Pandora (and other sites like it) is that it doesn't have your specific collection of songs and artists because it's a radio site that chooses music automatically based on your
    preferences/previous searches - it does me no good if I want a very specific song or set of songs, like I would have in my own collection of music.
