Music Player Inconsistent with Volume

So I been having the issue when playing Pandora or Spotify through my Xbox the sound waves. So what I mean is it will slowly come into play with the volume starting off at nothing and slowly increasing. It will then continue to play at full volume then suddenly just dim down. I think it has to do with something hearing noise and turning the music down to hear but I dont have any mics connected. I have played with the settings and can not figure out why is just suddenly and randomly turns the music down then puts it back at full volume. Does anyone have advise or have the same issues??

Thank you for the response but that does not help and/ or answer my questions at all. I know it plays as background music during games. I am not asking about that. When I am simply listen to music nothing else through xbox the sound with dim in and out randomly. It will suddenly go from full volume to no volume while still playing the song. How do I fix that?

Xbox's background music update is the biggest joke. Such garbage. The native media player doesn't even support background music. The simple background music player app is garbage too. There is no repeat or Shuffle track option. That completely ruins the
cutscenes and gameplay experience. I have to keep opening the app back up to repeat a track I like during a cutscene. The volume changer increments are way too drastic. If I ever need to lower or higher the volume it's either way too loud or way too low. There
aren't enough increments in the volume changer bar. I'm always having to adjust the volume myself while playing a game or specifically during a cutscene. The groove music app with the OneDrive music storage option would be decent if it actually let us play
music in the background already. We're still waiting for them to update the *** thing but it's taking them so long. This is one of the worst updates I have ever scene. PS4 has a far superior background music system implemented. Xbox you need to pick it up.
