    I just want to cancel this ting i spend way too many time trying to opt out what is the easy way ?

    Little recap ... yesterday i was trying to get a song in fight night champion custom ring entrance , it seem i cant make one whit the song on my pc , playlist wont save so i tried whit music pass took the free month tried to make a playlist on the xbox not
    working .

    Here is were the mess start : easy way would have been to just cancel the music pass subscription on the xbox but no its not working i need to go on xbox.com to cancel it ok i did it but they need to check if its really me so i need to enter my password
    the same password for my email account its the same account so you would think everything is connected but its seem no after putting my password they want to send a damn code to that exact same email i just provided the address and the password but the freaking
    code is not coming , its been around 24h now and im not receiving anything (i triple checked the junk) but the weird thing is has soon i subscribed to music pass i received a billing email without any issue.......

    So this thing really look shady to me im pretty sure its all that complicated to discourage people and try to get renew payment .

    Adding Xbox Music Pass to Gold Family Plan

    The Music Passes have never been shareable between family members. It's possible they were logged into the same account that had the music pass, or were signed into Zune using music that had been downloaded to the PC.

    ~

    For those of you who are having problems buying the Music Pass for child/secondary accounts, you can get the pass in prepaid codes and redeem it that way.

    the reason why you are asked for a security code after entering your Password on MS sites that contain billing Information is to prevent People that somehoe got Hands to your Microsoft account AND Password to also get insight on your address and payments.
    if you use the same Password on both your Microsoft account and your email address this lies not within MS itself but is the way you personally handle your security. in this security window you have a Dropdown menu, depending on whatever you Setup there should
    be multiple Information to choose from.

    if you really do not, never, ever, recieve a security code you could start a reset there which unfortunatly would have a 30d lock to do any changes.

    so best shot is give it a try to contact xbox support on phone, try a different phone maybe.

    Same problem, downloaded music playing, search working - can not download and sync new music... settings say "get music pass". Same error code.

    I want to now if you have an active Xbox Music Pass because the error code C101A053 is showing to the persons of they did not have XBOX Music Pass. You can save your music online with OneDrive. If you have an active XBOX Music Pass, but the problem is showing.
    Go to settings- tap email accounts- tap your Microsoft account and then tap to sync. If the problem is showing feel free to contact with me again!
