Discus and support Music on Cds in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; How do u store them on the xbox1 and play ur own stored music with ur games like the 360? or is there no way?     How do u store them on the xbox1 and play ur own stored music with ur games like the 360? or is there no way? And why is my apple ipod not working with the xbox1 it didnt need to be formated on the 360 and works fine on there shows all my music just here
    on the xbox1 it show folders with nothing in them i got the media app installed too

    Playing music while gaming...

    You need to rip CDs onto your hard drive. Burnt CDs don't work.

    Once music is on there by those means, your music player can play, even while gaming.

    OR, use an MP3 player connected by USB, which will work the same way.

    To rip music from a CD it must be a standard audioCD, the type you can play in any CD player. You can do this by going to the Music Library, select the CD as the source and then the Rip CD option.

    You can't trandfer music from an MP3 player or a MP3 disc.

    Hello,

    Yes you are able to use music CD's on the Xbox 360. Nothing special you need do other then clicking play on the disc option if it doesn't start up when you insert the CD.

    you could always play your music CD on another device like a stereo, I know it does not fix the issue but at least you will be able to listen to your music CD's
