Music not playing on phone

What does it mean when ur phone is not showing in the manage xbox music devices? Also I'm logged in on my phone but it will not play the song. It keep saying sorry can't play this song. But it's not playing none of my song in my collection. I have a android
phone now but I used to have a iPhone. every since I got my new Andriod phone it won't play my music. That what made me login on my computer and I notice it's not even showing my new phone in the manage device settings. Help please...

Sorry to hear your Xbox Music isn't working properly.

Did you have a trial end when this started happening? Since renewing your pass, have you power-cycled (turn off then on) your device? Also, where are you physically located?

Let us know, and we can go from there.

After having a read through this Article:
Associate devices with your Xbox Music Pass to sync music

It seems that you can only include only four computers and/or devices with your Xbox Music Pass. This can only be devices ruining a version of windows 8 or 8.1
