Murdered Soul Suspect Achievement Glitches - Please Help

Hi

I play games all the time but find it annoying on XBOX ONE when the achievements don't unlock. I have been laying Murdered Soul Suspect and have 1 achievement left called Rex's story. This achievement requires the player to collect 2 specific collectables
and then it should unlock. I have collected the 2 items and the achievement tracker says 100% but the actual achievement has not unlocked. I have looked on the internet at possible solutions to this and people have sais leave it for 24 hours and it should
unlock but I did this on 23/07/2014 and have no luck. I have even tried to replay the game and collect them again and still nothing.

Can anyone give me any hints or solutions to this problem as it is my last achievement for the 1000 Gamerscore and is very frustrating

I had this problem with the "Julia's story" achievement, except the achievement app no longer recognices my progression. It used to let me know how much percentage was left for the cheevo to unlock, but upon collecting all 38 pages, it was reset.

So the game knows I collected 38/38 pages, but the achievement app claims i've collected nothing.

It's only 10 points, but still...
