Multplayer online and communication ban

I have not only received one suspension but two, these suspensions came from players reporting me for no good reason. Microsoft needs to sort this out. People can get banned just for playing a game normally, just like i was and still become a victim or this
nonsense

Communication and Online Ban.

I was suspended from online play and communication and the message told me it would be ending on 9/26/17. The suspension has been over for two days and I still cannot communicate with anyone but I can play online.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

You can view your suspensions by logging into
enforcement.xbox.com from there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one.
