Multiview, Dual View, Using the Displayport (DP), two(2) or more displays, Xbox 360 Console

Multiview, Dual View, Using the Displayport (DP) with two(2) or more displays with a Xbox 360 Console. I wish to know how to use two or more hdmi compliant tv's with a Xbox 360 Console. (not using the old component/av cable method) so that i can play games
like forza in two player split screen mode on two screens, so each player has his own screen, instead of just duplicating what is displayed on tv 1. do i use the hdmi output for the first tv and the displayport with a hdmi converter for the second tv, or
wil the xbox 360 work it out for itself and do i simply use a HDMI splitter? for example COD split screen 2 player mode.. cant i utilize both screens and give both players his own monitor? or forza 4, you can apparently have 3 monitors plugged in... yet i
can find no instruction anywhere on how to do it..., nor does it appear that anyone has bothered to ask this question. ever...

    :)

Acer CB281HK - Xbox One X - HDMI to Displayport

Nope, without an official DP cable from MS (which does not exist), the Xbox cannot use the DisplayPort interface properly.

In another year or two you might see HDMI 2.x to DP converters which will give the 60Hz/4K output, but as it stands right now they are very rare if the exist. Most are still HDMI 1.x to DP converters.

  3. Bought XBox One S for 4k - 4k not working.

    ^^Active DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0a adapter.

    **Edit**

I'll learn to read one of these days.

It's cheap though, it might be worth trying for the price.

So is there no way to get 4k @ 60HZ through Displayport with max graphics

    Dual monitors?

Sorry, to elaborate on my previous response - I've read there are ways to set up dual monitors on an Xbox 360 that would display the same content. However, because of the hardware in the Xbox, dual displays with different views is not possible.

Xbox One S 1440p Video Output Option

They have all kinds of adapters, for example

    https://www.amazon.com/CAC-1080-DisplayPort-Adapter-displays-4096x2160/dp/B077JB28KM

Not recommending this one, just did a google search... I have never used one, but I'm sure they would do the trick.

When will widescreen/multi-monitor support be added to Xbox?/Will Xbox ever get DisplayPort?

I agree with most of your reply except for you saying "DisplayPort is just redundant HDMI and really shouldn't exist", because HDMI runs 8K at 60hz, but DisplayPort runs 8K at 120hz. DisplayPort is always going to be twice as fast.
None of this makes much difference here as jt's not as simple as adding a DP port. To add such a port would mean a more expensive system board. DP isn't even specifically needed for ultra wide anyway.

Xbox Scarlett 21:9 / Ultrawide monitor support

Yeah for sure, can you imagine doing local coop/multiplayer on ultrawide. Speaking of displays, since the Xbox One came with two HDMI ports, wouldn't it make more sense for dual output (or at least make one of the ports in/out) to support dual displays?
It's just like Snap, but on separate displays.
