Multitude of problems with the new preview dashboard

I'm having so many issues with the new dashboard over the last week. It keeps telling me I don't own Destiny, none of my apps will even start, and it even won't let me me report the problems I'm having with the update. I've been a long time member of the
preview program, but the "new dashboard experience" is just garbage right now.

Multitude of Problems

Alright. So it all started when I added 2000 points to buy some content.

I went into the game market place, selected the game, and...

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.

Status code: 807B01F4"

I looked up ways to rememdy this, which seemed to be to change my account for a child one to an adult one (I am 18 years old now, after all). This required me to access Online Safety Settings. To do this, I had to sign on with the parent e-mail. Which I
did. Then...

"There appears to be a glitch in the system.

So I figured, maybe I'll just change the e-mail on my Xbox Live from my current one to the parent one. I go through the whole process, and...

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.

Status Code: 80151032"

To which I tried to find a solution to, but no luck.

I know I could just make a new account, but as I mentioned at the beginning, I kinda just bought 2000 points. I don't exactly wanna lose that.

So. [/sigh]

Anyone have any solutions for me?

If you have a child account and you are over 18, you can just promote your account and not need to worry about the parent account. This sticky post has more to do with purchasing with a child account, including the steps to promote your account.

Are you a preview member? Do you have the new dashboard? Every one I know who has this problem is a preview member with the new dashboard.

Hi all if your having problems with preview update. The best tip is to restore factory settings. This will then update for the new preview dashboard

Do you have the new preview dashboard? Been having the same problem here and that's what it seems to be linked to. Heard that going into preview registration and changing it to go back to the old dashboard will fix it but haven't tried it yet
