Multiple xboxes and game sharing

I have a young adult son for whom we just purchased an xbox one s. We live in the same home, but I am the admin on our family account. His account is set up as part of the family. I purchased Forza 3 and the xbox in his
room has him log in using my creds so he can use the game. I never play the game or have it installed on the family xbox. How can we set this up so he can play the game without having to sign me out of my xbox?

Xbox limits per household

Hi, you can share with multiple accounts on one xbox. But game sharing and live ect is restricted to one other console in the house.

 

Sharing games on multiple accounts and xbox ones

Okay, so I'm from a family of 8 (3 adults, 5 kids) and we all like to use our Xbox. There's one main account we use to buy all the games, and when we had the Xbox 360, we didn't need to sign into the account that the games were purchased on in order to play
the games. Anyone could sign in on their own account and play any game that was purchased on that Xbox. Even when we had two 360's, games were still shared between both consoles without issue. In fact, we didn't have any problems until we upgraded to the Xbox
One.

We transferred all our accounts over to the Xbox One, along with all the games that were compatible with the new console. Then we bought some new games for the kids to play, but we found that no one could play any of the games unless they signed into the
account that purchased the games. This was a minor annoyance at first, but we just got used to signing into the main account, then signing into our own accounts to play a game.

Yesterday, we bought a second Xbox One. We wanted one for the living room and one for the kid's playroom. Now that minor annoyance has become a huge problem. We can only use one Xbox at a time. No one can play any games unless they're signed into the main
account, and it isn't possible to be signed into the same account on two separate consoles at the same time.

What do I do? Do I seriously have to buy all these games again? We have a lot of games and there are a lot of kids. It would be hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars to repurchase ALL the games on another "main account" for the new Xbox One. It just seems
ridiculous. There has to be another solution to this, right?

However only one console.can be home console at a time

Every profile on the home console will have access to the content you purchase however every other profile on your console will have to be signed jn

It is not recommended you let your son have accessed to you're profile he does not need to be in control to use the content
