Multiple Xbox Series X Problems:

I have several problems with my Xbox, which I bought about five months ago.

1. audio

Currently I am plagued by a strange sound bug. This means that I can only ever start two apps or games with sound in a session. Should I start a third game on the same day, it and the dashboard are without sound. The other two apps, however, continue to work.

Example: Netflix and Halo are applied -> YT does not start.

YT and Apex -> Netflix doesnt work

Halo and Apex -> YT doesnt launch

It's strange and I have no idea what could be the reason. The problem persists even when restarting several times. Mostly it gets "resetted" the next and then I can only launch two apps per day again...

2. deleting games

In the past, three games have been deleted so far. Among them twice Apex and once Halo. This always happened after an update. I then had to re-download the game. Furthermore, sometimes controller settings are changed from a game. WITHOUT that the respective game was deleted before. Sometimes I play and wonder why the controls are suddenly different again.... What could be the reason for this? Should I send the console for repair?

The console has many small problems and now i'm really annoyed.

I have been experiencing the same issue since about last week with no fix other than the temporary bandaid of fully unplugging the console and reconnecting every time the issue presents itself. This appears to be a bug with the xbox UI and it would be extremely helpful and reassuring to have acknowledgement of this on Microsoft's end - consumer end fixes are not sufficient to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We may need to perform troubleshooting first to fix the issue but if nothing works, that's the time that we may consider getting it checked.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I’ve done that multiple times and it didn’t work. I’ve also factory reset the xbox and redownloaded the game four separate times. It seems like i’m the only one on series x with this problem.

On the future Xbox Series X, you will be able to let multiple games at the same time on ! Amazing feature i'm clearly waiting for ! But for the moment, i understand see a game closed accidentally is a problem.
