    Multiple Xbox One Systems and only one is having issues going online.


    What is going on? 3 Xbox One's systems 3 Xbox 360's and only my Xbox One system is the one having issues going on to Xbox Live.

    Before people ask if i have reset my router and modem yes i have,

    Nat is showing: Open

    Cant get on anything in my Xbox One Since yesterday.

    I have tried playing different games and all require Xbox Live, I am a Gold Member and still have plenty of membership left.

    What is going on?

    connected to xbox live, can't download game updates.

    Contact your ISP and have them open up Full Cone Nat. This is the only reason why you are having issues. Your are trying to connect multiple systems through a single Gateway. On top of this make sure they open all Xbox Ports for you.

    Dont buy this game....

    I've had the same issues, even when plugged in hardwired to online. I have it only on Xbox 360, have not purchased the Xbox One system (yet), you did not say which version hou had the issue with. So my question for you is :Which system do have the issue
    with? If it is Xbox One, more reason for me not to buy the system yet, I love COD games & is the only reason I play online is COD games, so please advise, which system or should I ask do you have both systems and have the same issue on both systems online?

    Xbox Live Gold Family Pack Conversion to Home Gold

    I think it will be the same system as it is now if you have multiple xboxes. The big difference is that only one account on each Xbox needs to have a gold membership for all accounts on that Xbox to he able to play online and experience Gold.

    And my understanding is also that there will be no change for 360 but only to gold accounts on Xbox One.

    But as I said, this is just the way I've understood it.

    Sorry to hear about the freezing issues and any inconveniences this may have caused. Unfortunately receiving unauthorized repair on your console is against the terms of use and will void your warranty. Along with voiding the warranty, it will prevent you
    from submitting a repair request. In the future if you choose to purchase another console, I recommend only having your console repaired through Microsoft.

    How many memberships do I need??

    Well it depends, if you only have one xbox one account should do the trick. But if you have multiple xbox's then you'll need more then one account. You cannot have two people playing on the same account/gamertag from two xbox's at the same time.
    If you decide to go with one gamertag then your family members are going to have to share that account if they want to play online.

    I have multiple Xbox ones on my home network and have had similar issues. Have you verified that the X is the only Xbox on your network when you see the issues come up?

    For my network I've implemented some UPnP settings that allow multiple consoles to be online without stepping on each other.

    Could you Send me a screenshot of your network status on the One X??
