Multiple Xbox One Problems, Please Help

So over the past few weeks I've had a few, rather not noticeable, problems with my One. The first of which was the sound randomly went out for periods of time while I was playing a game, and then came back later. I originally shrugged it off as just a glitch
or something, but now I feel it is something more. Secondly, my games now take forever to load in. While playing World of Tanks or COD, I am stuck at the loading screen for the map for multiple minutes until I'm finally put into the game, minutes into it,
some of the times being kicked for inactivity. Thirdly, to go along with the not loading issue, my games take forever to start up or even don't start at all. At one point I tried for 30 minutes to keep starting COD and Battlefield after the "So and so took
to long to start" error, until finally I deleted the entire game and reinstalled and it began to work again, but still had the 3rd issue happening to them. Finally, I've been experiencing the typical "Xbox lag" that I thought only happen on the 360, but apparently
has carrier over to the One, which is major framerate lag that even freezes the games for around 5-10 seconds until it resumes. It has affected everyone one of my games, from COD to GTA to Ark, making them virtually unplayable. Originally I brushed these issues
off as just game issues or glitches, but after deleting and reinstalling them, numerous hard reset/power cycles of the Xbox, and skimming the forums for hours on end, I am out of ideas for fixes. Could it be a hardware issue that I would need to send in to
Microsoft or just purchase a new console for? I've had the console since around the time they first came out, so it is getting pretty old. Any help or feedback is appreciated.

Hi there try a hard reset but also unplug it from the wall and wait 1-2 minutes, to see if that helps.

 

MCC pre-load dropping percentage drop!

I'm posting this because I think IGN needs to look at this problem. MCC will load to 54% and just drop to 31% and has happened multiple times. The problem is pretty widespread if you look at Xbox Forums. SO IGN PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND FIND SOME ANSWERS FOR US!!!!

 

you could try a factory reset but some of that sounds like connection issues to me.....wired or wireless and what kind of modem and router (model numbers) ?

 

It's wired connection but I did the test like internally on the xbox and it's my normal connection (6 up, 50 down) so I don't think it's connection.

 

some routers (ESPECIALLY if its a gateway from your isp) dont play well with xbox one....perhaps your isp sent out a firmware update (IF you have isp equipment) and now you have connection issues....has nothing to do with connection speed..... what is
the modem and router you are using ?

 

I am also having multiple issues with Xbox one. Ours is also taking waaay too long to start, and orften timing out. Often it can take 45 minutes to get a game to run. I don't buy the "must be a router" issue. There are too many issues people are having
with this system, too many glitches. It's the gaming system itself, it's a bad product. Funny my Atari 2600 was much more reliable back in the day.

 

its almost always a router issue , blame xbox for not speaking the right language if you want but bottom line is these issues happen 90% of the time to people with isp issued equipment and gateways , I have 2 Xboxes , one since launch and after I got my
own modem and netgear router , not one single issue ....I have at least 20 friends in the same boat , own equipment, no issues ....
