Multiple Xbox one issues

Ok guys, so I will start from the beginning, first my Xbox one would turn on and then not respond to any input. I would highlight the pain click A and it would expand but no sound or response. Hard resetting it works most of the time. Then the controllers
left and right joystick start magically going up on there own, in every game updated the controller and no dice still have to hold the stick down or stare at the sky. Now my kinetic sensory is always illuminated but the Xbox says it's not hooked up. Resetting
the whole system seems to work temporarily for everything but the controller, and I must say something that I have spent 500 dollars on shouldn't fail like this just outside a year of owning it.

Change the batteries in your DOE controller... while you have the batteries out, slightly pull the contact tabs in the controller out a bit, so that the batteries fit more snug.... The rumbling can possibly fudge the connection with the batteries....

There's a good grip of threads on the controllers acting up... The above is how I fixed my DOE controller.

I haven't tried a BD movie yet... I gave all of mine to my parents when they built a home theater in their house.

I haven't witnessed the pinned stuff not loading up... Are those pinned apps dependent on internet? Or are they solely local apps(like settings app)

Being outside a year if you did need to send anything in for repairs, you are correct in that if you did not purchase the complete care warranty, then you would need to pay the extra for the out of warranty repairs. With the Xbox how long does it go
after you hard reset it that it messes up? If you have instant-on try just setting it to power save. That makes the Xbox fully turn off each time. You lose the "Xbox On" function, but if it fixes this issue, perhaps it's worth it. If that still doesn't work
you can try to factory reset your Xbox. See link below.

The controllers are a bit different. There is not a ton of troubleshooting you can do. If you've put fresh batteries in it, and updated the firmware then that's about it. One thing you can try is if you have a friend that has an Xbox One, you could
take the controllers over there, and then see if the problem replicates there. If it does, then it's likely a controller issue, and you'll need to get a new one.

With the Kinect I have personally had a similar issue when using instant on. Since I've turned off instant on I do not have issues like that. Unplug the Kinect from the Xbox, plug it back in. Turn it off with the instant on feature off, and then turn
it back on. See if that resolves your issues. If it doesn't then post back and let us know.
