Multiple Xbox One consoles, one digital download share?

This is a recent question I had about the whole pre-load(digital game download) thing, "Home Xbox", and whatnot.

So, I was wondering if you have 2 Xbox One consoles, one of which had digitally downloaded a game on there and it is the "Home Xbox", would you be able to download the game on the second Xbox One(same house, wifi, etc.) and play that together? Or just
at the same time in general, not together or anything.

Just bought GTA V for Xbox One and wondered because I want my own personal Xbox, since my current one is used by family and friends.

Battlefield 1 Issue

When I launch Battlefield One it goes to a black screen and after 5 minutes it crashes back to the Xbox Home screen. It was a digital download and I've tried Hard Reseting my Console multiple times, Any help would be appreciated.

From what I understand:

-Make the xbox you don't normally use the "Home" xbox (Assuming you're the purchasing account)

-The other xbox will have a license to play the games you purchased because it's the "Home" console

-Your console will have a license to play the games because you're the purchaser of the content.

-The game can be played in this config on both consoles at the same time (As long as both consoles are in your home/on the same network)

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong on any points

I have to say I am extremely surprised this is possible. It is fantastic if it is possible but I am blown away that they allowed this function. I read a few other threads about this same question and basically Skridger seems to be correct.

I went by the Microsoft store and I actually remembered this thread and I asked the folks. after a few minutes, one of the reps came up to me and said it ok to do it. he even mentioned he does this with his roommate.

How to share Digital Games and XboxOne?
To play your games on another console you have to use the settings of my Xbox Main.
Here I tell you how to do «My main Xbox»
The first time you log in to an Xbox One and save the password, that console becomes your primary Xbox. Your main Xbox allows:

Share games and downloadable content purchased in the digital store with anyone who logs into their console. You can even share downloaded games as part of a subscription.
Share your Xbox Gold subscription with anyone else who signs in to your console.
If you have more than one Xbox One console or if you log in to multiple consoles, I recommend that you assign Xbox One as the console you use most frequently.

Designate an Xbox One console as your main Xbox.
Note You can only designate only one console as your main Xbox.

Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
Select Settings
Select All settings.
Select Personalization
Select My main Xbox
Review the information, and then do one of the following actions:
Select Make this my main Xbox to designate the console as your main Xbox.
Select This is not my main Xbox to remove the designation.
