Multiple Xbox One Consoles - NAT Issues...

    Hi everyone,

We've got three Xbox Ones in our house, all connected (now) wirelessly to a NETGEAR DGN1000 router. All have static IP addresses, and can connect to Xbox Live just fine.

I recently found that my console had a strict NAT, so I set up port forwarding and it changed to open NAT. Then another one of our consoles started to have problems connecting with a wired connection, so I set it up on wireless and again, open NAT and solved
    the problems.

However even though this console isn't set up for port forwarding, I suspect that the port forwarding on my console is messing with the system somehow because my console now has a moderate NAT; I haven't looked at the other console(s) mentioned previously
but I suspect that will as well - along with the third console.

I don't think my router can handle port triggering, it has UPnP but again, I don't think it's up to the three-Xbox standard. The problem probably lies with the router not being good enough, but I thought I'd post here to make sure there wasn't something
    I'm missing.

I'm good with networking, so any technical help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance, Sam.

    :)

UPnP is the only way to get all 3 open at the same time. Delete/disable your existing forwards, enable UPnP, and try it. If it does not work (and it probably won't), then yes you need a better router.
