    I have an xbox live parent account(mine)

    I have 2 xbox ones that my kids use to play fortnite

    One box is set as the home box

    2nd is set as the additional box

    I have both kids accounts on xbox family.

    How do I allow them to log on to their accounts with access to my xbox gold and game pass, without me having to log on to my account.

    I have time limits for them set up, but when I go to sleep they log on to my account and play. If i lock my account or password protect it, they cant get on their accounts even if I have given them time allowances during the day

    You can only share your gold on the Home console. If they are each trying to use a console at the same time, either your account would need to be signed in on the non-Home console or one of their accounts would need a gold subscription.

    I signed into Xbox.com as parent and can see each of my kids accounts. I don't see where I can give them permission. Able to change many options on the accounts but no sign of giving them permission to sign into Xbox live...

    you and your kid use the same Xbox? The your son account is vinculade with your Familly group? Try check in you MS Account in Familly and give the your son all permission with you want give
